Christian music artists Monk & Neagle just released their sophomore album called “The Twenty-First Time.” On this album is a very touching song called “What Soldiers Do” that tells the emotional story of a soldier’s relationship with his son as he goes off to war. Christianity Today did a review of the album and this is how they described the song: “Elsewhere, radio single “What Soldiers Do” uses sentimental storytelling resembling Mark Schultz to portray a father saying goodbye to his young son before shipping out.” To see the entire review, click here.

This is a really moving song, and I think all who have deployed and have left family behind will be able to relate. I hope you will show this group your support and appreciation by purchasing their album and sharing it with your friends. You can buy this CD from their homepage.
